- – Contact Information: Phone number verified via OTP and physical addresses.
- – Collateral Data: Images and details of vehicles, jewelry, land, and electronics used for loan applications.
- – Employment Data: Employer name, monthly income, and job title to assess loan eligibility.
- – Device Data: We may collect device-specific information (IP address, OS version) for security and fraud prevention.
Optional Permissions and Consent We only access sensitive information from your device if you explicitly grant permission through the system-level consent dialogs. You may choose to deny these permissions; however, doing so may limit your access to certain features (e.g., automated credit scoring or branch finding).
- – Location Data (Optional): With your permission, we collect precise or approximate location data to help you locate the nearest CashGrow branch and to verify your presence during physical collateral inspections. This data is captured only while the app is in use or as specified during the permission request.
- – Call Log Access (Optional): If you grant permission, we analyze communication metadata (timestamps and frequency) from your call logs to assist in our alternative credit risk assessment. We do not record the content of your conversations. This process is used solely to verify contact stability and improve your loan eligibility.
