CEO

Mr. Deab Chamroeun

With over 8 years of experience in the financial sector, Mr. Deab Chamroeun became the Chief Executive Officer of Cash Grow 68 in March 2024. He previously studied in Japan and has more than 10 years of experience in the IT field. After returning to Cambodia, he joined the financial sector, focusing on core banking development. In addition, he has been actively involved in credit and operational functions within the industry.

Deputy CEO & Co-Founder

Mrs. Chhoeung Phary

She is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Cash Grow 68 Co., Ltd, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, and business leadership. She is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operations, and business development initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the organization within the financial services sector. Her areas of expertise include financial management, taxation, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.

HR-Admin Manager (HRM)

Mr. Sor Sokrath

With more than 7 years of experience in the HR and Administration sector since 2019, Mr. Sor Sokrath was appointed as the HR-Admin Manager of Cash Grow 68 Co., Ltd in March 2024. Prior to joining the financial sector, he worked as a Project Coordinator for over 5 years with an NGO, where he coordinated between donors from England and Singapore and government officials in Cambodia. He later transitioned into the financial sector, focusing on HR and Administration management.

Mr. PEN Lymeng

Tech entrepreneur, venture builder, and strategic advisor dedicated to building the future of Cambodia’s tech landscape through high-impact technical partnerships.
